Cubbies......we love the Cubs! We have made it a point to take the boys to a Cubs game every year of their existence...that means Jensen and Owen have attended 3 games and Lawsen 1! We weren't sure if we were going to make a game this year, but we did make it! Jensen and Owen really had a great time this year and seemed to understand what was going on...they have watched lots of baseball on television. My mom and dad went with us again this year and the boys wouldn't have it any other way...they love their Nanny and Papa! We will continue to keep the tradition alive and it will only get more fun as the boys grow and get older!
This is the five of us before the game started, the boys were really excited.
Owen and Jensen were really enjoying the whole experience of being at the game. Papa (my dad) bought them their own popcorn and Owen decided he LOVED peanuts.
Lawsen was exhausted from not getting a solid nap in 2 days and pretty much slept through the entire game.
We parked at DeVry University and took the bus shuttle to the stadium...the boys really liked the bus ride.
